3 Account Registration & Security

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 Wagering Requirements

• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds that have not been wagered to the required level within this period will be forfeited without compensation.

8 Termination & Account Suspension

8.1 Termination by the Player

Players may close their account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and the satisfaction of any active bonus wagering requirements. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Termination or Suspension by ck777 apk

ck777 apk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (which are illustrative and not exhaustive):

8.3 Effect of Termination

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck777 apk's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ck777 apk shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.
